The Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Eye of the Shark is a medium to full-bodied cigar with a unique shape and a blend of Dominican and African Cameroon tobaccos. Released in 2016 to honor the 80th birthday of the brand's creator, Carlos Fuente Sr., it was named the 2017 Cigar of the Year by Cigar Aficionado. 

• Shape: Box-pressed on the bottom half, tapering into a rounded belicoso shape, resembling a shark when viewed horizontally. 
• Wrapper: Dark and shiny Cameroon leaf. 
• Filler: Aged Dominican long-filler tobaccos. 
• Flavor profile: Cocoa, nuts, cedar, baking spices, pepper, leather, and maple. 
• Body: Mild-medium to medium-full. 
• Construction: Very good, with a demi-press shape.
