West Tampa Cigars, or more precisely the West Tampa Tobacco Company, was founded in 2022 by industry veteran Rick Rodriguez and Gus Martinez. The brand, which has its roots in the history of cigar making in the West Tampa area, crafts its cigars in Nicaragua.
